Webinar Overview

A well-crafted, deliberate Key Account Management (KAM) program can significantly enhance your revenue and profitability and reduce your risk exposure during good and bad economic times. This is because it can strengthen your relationship with key clients and cause them to be more loyal to you even if and when things aren't going well. It can also transform your key clients into your firm's best sales people, where they provide referrals without you having to ask.

  • Enhance profitability by adding value for the client without giving away free services
