Overview

Most AEC solicitations are won or lost by a narrow margin. This is because firms say the same things. They talk about themselves, list the features of their firms, don't differentiate their firms from competitors, don't identify how they will deliver a successful project, and essentially don't provide a compelling argument for the client to select them.

Armed with feedback from our expert critique of your proposals and SOQs, you can truly differentiate your firm, win more points in every section, and develop a commanding lead, providing a defensible argument for the client to choose your firm. In fact, the goal is to make it irresponsible for the client to choose any other firm.

3 Simple Steps

STEP 1: Call us at (863) 529-2126 or send an email to croberts@p-m-g-i.com to let us know you're interested, and we'll send you a simple engagement letter that includes a signed non-disclosure statement to protect your confidential information. Sign the letter, scan it, and send it back to us.

STEP 2: Select three representative samples of your competitive proposals or Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and send them to us as electronic files along with the corresponding Requests for Proposal (RFPs) or Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).

STEP 3: Within 14 calendar days of receiving your representative proposals or SOQs, our professional ghostwriters who have directly relevant experience developing competitive proposals and SOQs in the AEC industry will confidentially review the documents you provided and email a concise report to you describing aspects of your responses that can be improved, how to make the improvements, and how you can use the aggregation of marginal gains to improve your shortlisting and win rates. We will then review the findings with you via videoconference and answer your questions.

What We Evaluate

When you contact us to express interest in this service, we'll share information with you in the engagement letter regarding what we examine in each proposal or SOQ. We don't broadly publish this list of parameters because it's proprietary. This is what makes it a competitive advantage.

Note that our review of your proposals or SOQs is focused on identifying modifications you can make to leverage the science of persuasive communication to score more points. It is not focused on whether you've complied with the RFP or RFQ requirements, and we don't rewrite your proposal or SOQ.

Why CRACOM

is so Important...

Research has shown that more than 99.9 percent of all people think, write, and speak backwards from the most effective approach, especially when trying to be persuasive, such as in a proposal or SOQ.

CRACOM, which is a proprietary persuasive communication methodology, corrects this problem. This increases your likelihood of getting shortlisted or winning a contract because it can enable you to achieve a higher score from selection committee members.

When first conceived, CRACOM comprised seven scientific principals, but after more than 40 years of research examining communication practices in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, it now comprises more than 100 scientific principles. These principles are applied to achieve more points in every section of a proposal or SOQ, and using the aggregation of marginal gains this can give you a commanding lead over your competitors' scores. Our experience applying CRACOM in proposal ghostwriting applications has produced leads as much as 40 points with a total possible score of 100.

With a two-step procurement, where firms are shortlisted and must then deliver a presentation, CRACOM can also be used in developing and delivering the presentation, yielding a higher win rate. This can have a significant positive impact on your return on investment in business development activities, which is typically one of a firm's highest overhead expenses.

Engineers at Performance Management Group, Inc. (PMGI) developed CRACOM. No book has been written revealing all the CRACOM principles, no other firm knows about all 100 scientific principles, and no other firm is trained or licensed to teach or use all of its principles. This is why it can provide you with a strong competitive advantage.

The success CRACOM has produced in marketing and sales applications has led to it's use for other purposes including  internal organizational leadership and communications such as when launching new initiatives, policies, and procedures, as well as external applications such as leading public outreach programs to enhance community support for high-visibility projects. In fact, CRACOM was selected as the subject of an Innovation Showcase by the International Conference on Knowledge, Culture, and Change in Organizations, and featured at an International Association of Business Communicators World Conference.

CRACOM is a proprietary, scientific tool that can help you improve your firm's financial performance.
