Chuck Roberts
The challenges you face in the AEC industry are well understood by Chuck because he's an engineer with more than 44 years of experience who has served in roles that have included Corporate Director of Business Development (leading marketing and sales), COO, CFO, and CEO of national and international multidisciplinary AEC firms. This has included serving Federal, State, and Local government clients as well as private sector clients spanning 35 industries. His background is unique in that he has personally led eleven start-ups, fourteen turnarounds, fourteen reorganizations, and countless new business initiatives.
Chuck is a highly acclaimed trainer, executive coach, business consultant, and Professional Ghostwriter of competitive proposals, presentations, and technical reports. As an internationally recognized expert on the science of persuasive communication and transformational leadership, Chuck has been invited to speak at more than 200 conferences and corporate events.
He is the President & CEO of Performance Management Group, Inc.

Performance Management Group, Inc. (PMGI) is approved by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers as a provider (No. 0005276) of continuing education for Professional Engineers.
Many states and various professional societies and associations accept Florida-approved PDH, but you should check to confirm this with organizations and states where you are licensed, registered, or certified, and verify they will accept education credits on the course topic.
