How AEC Firms Make Money
Increase Revenue and Profitability
Strengthen Employee Job Security
Create a Competitive Advantage
Webinar Overview
Every AEC employee from entry level to experienced senior leaders, including technical, marketing, and administrative personnel, need to understand the business model of the industry in which they work, and how their individual actions impact the firm's financial performance.
By understanding how AEC firm's make money, they can consciously and deliberately contribute to the firm's sustainable success. Not only does this help the firm achieve its goals, it also strengthens each employee's opportunities for advancement and job security, and can give your firm a distinct competitive advantage that's difficult for competitors to detect, and even more difficult for them to replicate.
